Our Stance

Our service acts as a technical intermediary, allowing you to download publicly available content directly from Instagram's servers. We do not host any copyrighted material on our servers. The responsibility for ensuring that the use of downloaded content is legally permissible rests entirely with the user.

By using InSave.in, you agree that you will not download or distribute any content for which you do not have the legal rights. This includes, but is not limited to, videos, photos, and audio that are protected by copyright laws.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

Since we do not host any content, we are not in a position to remove it. Any copyright infringement claims should be directed to Instagram, the platform hosting the content. If you believe your copyrighted work is available on Instagram without your permission, please follow Instagram's official process for reporting copyright violations.
